a) Situation Analysis

Generally, we can analyze some problems IKS sector entrepreneurs and identify how to help entrepreneurs to develop these products and their adjacent commercial revenue increase their areas especially the east coast. The main factor eastern focus studies on implement E-business is not commercial
1. Not have the expertise
2. Not needed again for the time being
3. Not appropriate to the business
4. No interest in this area
5. No widespread exposure of this system
6. No help from those more expert in this field
7. They do not implement e-commercial because had no basis in the field of marketing is on line.

Interviews made at the preliminary stage by the eastern focus of the respondents were found that some of them state that they have been relatively late age to learn how to implement the new business. Therefore, for if they do not have the expertise to implement them because they need not fear to face the risks arising as a result of their weakness in this area.

25 percent of respondents interviewed in the state of Terengganu, the state of the main reasons they do not use the e-commercial business is conducted because it does not confirm with the concept of service E-commercial. One community will be developed for the purpose of facilitating internet users to share and discuss their ideas for developing iks east coast, and highlight the problems facing their area online.
In addition, they can also share and promote location torism and interesting history that can be visited.

Amry Smart Service was constituted in year 2002 in Kolej Matrikulasi Johor by offering bus transportation service to that institution's students during week, festive holiday and semester break leave whether to return to homeland or to city area. Service conducted by Amry Smart Service in Kolej Matrikulasi Johor end in year 2006.
In year 2006, Amry Smart Service had accepted the offer to give away same freight service to students Kolej Matrikulasi Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan.
Amry Smart Service have widened his service wing to Politeknik Port Dickson district in year 2007, where more than 4,000 students using the service bus transportation provided by this company to exit to Seremban city in day leave week or return to village in festive holiday and semester break season.
